Shipping & payment conditions
Shipping conditions:
The goods are delivered worldwide.
Shipping is carried out exclusively via the shipping service provider DHL.
The shipping costs incurred are displayed to the customer in the ordering process before the order is completed.
The shipping costs may vary depending on the country of delivery, size and weight of the shipment.
Delivery times:
The delivery time is specified on the respective product page.
If no other delivery time is specified on the respective product page, the delivery time is seven working days.
The delivery period begins with the conclusion of the contract when paying by PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
If the payment method prepayment is selected, the delivery period begins after receipt of the payment on our account.
For international deliveries, the delivery time may be extended due to longer transport routes or customs clearance.
If an ordered item is not available or the delivery is delayed, the customer will be informed immediately.
Payment methods:
The following payment methods are generally available to the customer in the online store:
- PayPal

- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Bank transfer (advance payment)
The available payment methods may be restricted in individual cases.
Payment by PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay:
If one of these payment methods is selected, payment is processed via the respective payment service provider.
The payment method is debited immediately after the order is completed.
Payment by bank transfer (prepayment):
If the payment method prepayment is selected, the customer will receive a confirmation with the payment information after completing the order.
The goods will be shipped after receipt of full payment in the specified account.
Retention of title:
The goods remain the property of Emotion Ride GmbH until full payment has been received.
